All Plates, cutlery & Glassware will are Available From 0.20p per item. ( includes washing )
Example Price 3 course dinner : ( 3 plates, 5 pieces of cutlery, 2 glasses) @ £2.00 per head.

All other equipment i.e. hot cupboards, fridges etc are price on application.

Linen

Any Colour ( subject to availability ) Square 90 x 90 @ £ 7.50 per cloth

Buffet Cloths any colour ( subject to availability)
70 x 108 table cloths @ £ 7.50 per cloth

Linen napkins any colour subject to availability @ £ 1.00 per napkin

Tissue napkins @ £ 5.00 per 100

Waiting Staff & Management

All staff are charged at £ 7.00 per hour : Bar / Food / Kitchen porters (MIN 4 HOURS)
All supervisors / floor managers will be charged at £ 12.00 per hour 
All travelling fees for staff will subject to location.

Catering Management Fee

Catering Manager can be placed on you vent for a charge of £ 325.00
Includes meetings at venue, liasing with hotel with regards to equipment
on the day liasing organising food service staff and chefs and floor supervision.
